Positive: I like everything about this cozy apartment. Equipped kitchen and in-unit wash/dryer are my favorites. The beds are a bit softer, but I can adapt it. Nice neighborhood. Easy commute to Manhattan. Highly recommend. Negative: Once in a while, especially on the weekends, loud music and people talking loudly on the street at midnight. There is a Mexican restaurant downstairs close at midnight. (I guess that's why.) I have my earplugs with me so it's all good. But if you like this place, make sure you are prepared for the party noises, don't let it ruin your experience of the nice place.
